About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our Atlanta team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients, building strong communication skills, and working in a fast-paced environment.


The Client Service Associate will support daily client interactions, assist with account coordination, and help maintain a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with questions, service information, and account support
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
  • Support scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination
  • Help resolve basic client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service
  • Follow company customer service and communication standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
